Real Madrid has submitted documentation to make Santiago Solari their first-team coach on a permanent basis.
The former midfielder took over the club at the end of October, replacing Julen Lopetegui.
Madrid has since won four games in a row under Solari and have now given him a permanent contract, which has been sent to the Spanish FA (RFEF).
Marca has confirmed the news after contacting the RFEF on Monday.
