The management of Nigerian Breweries (NB) Plc will meet on Wednesday 5th to deliberate on a proposal for changes in the composition of its board among other issues.
The beverage manufacturing firm assured that it will furnish the public of any changes to the board after the meeting.
The brewing firm which made the announcement in a statement signed by Uaboi G. Agbebaku, its company secretary/Legal adviser on Monday through the Nigerian stock exchange. (NSE) stated that “ We hereby notify the Nigerian stock exchange (NSE) that a meeting of the board of directors of the company is scheduled for Wednesday, December 5, 2018.”

“The NSE will be notified of the details of any changes to the board, after the meeting.”
