Former Chelsea striker, Diego Costa is set for a shock return to the Premier League this summer.
Everton have concluded arrangements for a stunning move for the Atletico Madrid striker, according to Daily Mail.
Everton owner, Farhad Moshiri has ordered the club to acquire Costa as he hopes to secure a 'statement signing' this window.
The report also claims Moshiri is prepared to pay big bucks for a high-profile striker.
During the period he spent at Chelsea Costa bagged a combined 52 league goals across three seasons winning an impressive two league titles.
The Brazilian-born Spain international is not, however, the only striker on Everton's transfer radar.
The club are also reportedly interested in Juventus' Moise Kean and Celta Vigo's Maxi Lopez.
